2. The personal data subject to processing

Following your navigation on the Site, we inform you that KASTER S.r.l. will come into contact with your Personal Data and will process it in accordance with the provisions of REG.2016/679.

Your Personal Data may be collected either because you voluntarily provide it (e.g. when you request information from KASTER S.r.l., in the CONTACTS section, or when you send your application, on the WORK WITH US page) or automatically in order to analyse your behaviour on the Site.

2a. Name, contact details and other Personal Data provided voluntarily by the data subject

In some sections of the Site – in the FORMS found in the CONTACTS or WORK WITH US sections – you will be asked to enter information such as your name and surname, email address, and other notes of your choice.

You will also need to upload your CV to the WORK WITH US section to complete your unsolicited application.

2b. Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal functioning, certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
